Dawson County Family Partners is working with partners in our communities to give families what they need to thrive so they can stay together, remain self-sufficient, and support the health and learning of their children.
Dawson County Family Partners is designed to support existing agencies by:
Providing information to community families about resources that are available to them.
Linking families to coaches and places that can provide ongoing support.
Administering limited flex funds to help with emergency expenses.
Dawson County Family Partners is not creating a new service, but is here to help families navigate through or supplement existing services. Three central navigators - one in Cozad, one in Gothenburg, and one in Lexington - are aware of available resources and are here to help families make a plan and understand the network of resources available to them.
