Heartland Family Partners is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families access the resources, support, and connections they need to thrive. By working alongside community partners, we help families stay together, build self-sufficiency, and support the health, well-being, and learning of their children.

• Resource Navigation: Helping families identify and access community services that meet their unique needs.

• Connections to Ongoing Support: Linking families with coaches, organizations, and programs that provide continued guidance and encouragement.

• Limited Flexible Funding: Offering assistance with qualifying emergency expenses when other resources are unavailable.

Our Community Navigators serve families throughout the region, with offices located in Cozad, Gothenburg, and Lexington. They understand the local network of resources and work one-on-one with families to develop a plan, connect them with services, and provide support every step of the way.
