Dawson County Family Partners is working with partners in our communities to give families what they need to thrive so they can stay together, remain self-sufficient, and support the health and learning of their children.

 

Dawson County Family Partners is designed to support existing agencies by:

• Providing information to community families about resources that are available to them.

• Linking families to coaches and places that can provide ongoing support.

• Administering limited flex funds to help with emergency expenses.

 

Dawson County Family Partners is not creating a new service, but is here to help families navigate through or supplement existing services. Three central navigators - one in Cozad, one in Gothenburg, and one in Lexington - are aware of available resources and are here to help families make a plan and understand the network of resources available to them.
